Hello, i am Sara Culmann, visual artist, researcher and amature antropologist based in Amsterdam. I am a graduate of the Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten and has been a fellow at the Young Academy (Berlin), and Het Nieuwe Instituut, Rotterdam. My work has been exhibited internationally at venues such as STRP Festival (Eindhoven), HEK(Basel), Art Encounters Biennial (Timișoara), and Akademie der Künste (Berlin), among others.

I work with the topic of progress and regress of computational technologies trought the lense of cultural anthropology.

My practice spans various media, including CG imagery, tabletop and computer games, installations, and internet-based projects.
